Our Process

Find The Image

The first step is to figure out what you want your T-Shirt looks like! It can be big, small, bold, or subdued. As long as it tells your story, we can create it.

The next step is to send us your image. At Sublimation House, we will work with you to create the perfect image. Even if you only have an idea, we can help make sure that you are satisfied with the final result.

Use It!

From there, we'll take care of the rest! We'll print your design onto T-Shirts using our world class sublimation techniques.

Why Does my Fundraiser Need T-shirts?

It’s simple. All causes need 2 things: awareness, and funds. Selling T-shirts and merch does both!

Whether it’s a non-profit organization, a local team, or your favorite group, T-shirts make an excellent option for your fundraising event. Creating custom t-shirts or additional merch for a fundraiser provides fundraising money and brings awareness to your cause with each subsequent use. Having your apparel or merch custom-made ensures that your supporters will continue to enjoy wearing or using their new merch.

How Much Can Fundraiser Shirts Sell For?

Fundraiser shirts commonly sell for $20 to $40. When you are pricing your merch, don’t think about what people are willing to pay for a product, consider how much people are willing to donate to a cause. On average, people are willing to donate $40 to a cause. Add value back to those people and they may be willing to donate even more. The following are 3 ways to add value to your fundraising merch, which will increase what people are willing to donate, as well as how often they’ll rep your cause.

1. Make Merch That People Will Be Proud to Wear

Any fundraising T-shirt or merch designs can help spread awareness and raise the money needed. But what if you want a little something more, something that will make your supporters proud to represent your organization or cause even after the event has ended?

Here at The Sublimation House, we specialize in fully custom sublimation. We can print a design not only on the front and the back of the shirt, but on the entirety of the material. You will have 100% freedom with your design, and you don't need to be an artist.. We will work with you throughout the entire process to ensure that you receive the perfect design that fits your brand and your cause.

We believe in creating products that you and your supporters will enjoy and that will support your cause even after the fundraising event has ended.

2. Make It Relevant

T-shirt fundraisers are a tried and true method of raising funds and awareness, but there may be a way to add value simply by switching what you offer. Raising awareness for ocean pollution or baby sea turtles? A custom beach towel might be better received by your donors. Is your event a charity marathon? A gym or duffel bag might be more appealing to your target audience.

Even a simple change of design might make your product more relevant. Raising funds for a kidney transplant? Move your logo off the chest and onto the kidney area. Simple changes can make charity merch more impactful.

Whatever your cause or event, there’s a way to make your fundraising more relevant for your donors.

3. Make it Collectible

Remember Livestrong bracelets? Not only were they relevant, visible, and just downright cool, they were collectible! Having multiple colors was a point of pride, and some people went as far as to coordinate their outfits with them.

Making collectible items may not increase the price that donors are willing to pay for merch, but it will increase the number of purchases they make.
